Launched 2019

Before I stepped in, the team was stuck in development hell for 14 months, failing to meet deadlines, and experiencing major setbacks with each iOS update. I helped a team of talented devs, security experts, and designers bring their vision to life – an easy to use app that secures one's iOS device when using public WiFi channels. My job was to communicate with external consultants about the required features, monitoring, and setting the workflow to present progress reports to investors.

Launched 2017

This one was partly a passion project (dog lovers will understand) – a website and app that lets dog owners match each other and their dogs, much like a dating app, but specifically with dog walkers in mind. I helped flesh out ideas, feature integration, a roadmap for the app's release and updates, while also changing the workflow, growing the team, and helping the project launch in 2017. I joined the project almost at its inception, helping the team move forward through every stage of the project.
